Please note that tracking information may only become available after the shipping carrier has processed the first scan of your package.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or other governmental fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless they have already been calculated and paid during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import regulations, shipping providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances caused by the customer, we reserve the right to charge any additional shipping or return costs incurred.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer only once the goods have been delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.

8. Retention of Title

All products remain the property of S H A THE PREMIUM E.U. until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

Please note that normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect care, or damage caused by failure to follow product care instructions do not constitute defects covered by warranty.

To maintain the quality and longevity of our products, please follow the care instructions provided with each item.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

For slight negligence, we are only liable where such liability is required by mandatory applicable law.

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, incorrect care, normal wear and tear, or events beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
